The Dave Schardt Memorial Kids' Fun Run

The Kids' Fun Run starts alongside the Great Race. It is free for all kids who want to participate — no race number needed. Every finisher receives a ribbon, and parents are welcome to run with their children.

A one-mile loop that steps off shortly before 9:30 AM, right alongside the Great Race. Same race-morning energy, format built just for younger runners.

No pre-registration required — just show up race morning.

No pre-registration required. Report to the sign about 50 yards south of the main starting banner on East Lake Road shortly before 9:30 AM. Great Race volunteers will form up the kids and guide them to the start behind the main race.
