We may use information to operate and administer the race and website, process transactions, communicate with you, maintain records, protect our services, understand performance, improve our offerings, and support marketing and advertising.
Communications
We may send service-related messages as part of operating the race. If you select the optional marketing checkbox during paid registration, your subscription begins after payment is confirmed. Other website email-update forms may ask you to confirm your address before subscribing. Marketing messages are sent according to these preferences and include a way to unsubscribe.

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising where permitted by your choices. You can use Cookie settings on this website to control optional browser-based measurement. Declining does not affect registration or other site features.
Service providers and advertising
We may share customer data with third parties that perform services on our behalf, including payment, communications, hosting, security, analytics, advertising measurement, audience matching, and ad delivery. Information used for advertising comes from direct interactions with us. We obtain consent where required by law or applicable provider policy and use approved provider methods. We do not sell personal information or knowingly use information relating to children under 13 for personalized advertising.
TikTok integration
Authorized organizers may connect a TikTok account and transfer a reviewed video to that account's TikTok inbox. TikTok may provide us with an account identifier, display name, avatar, granted permissions, access and refresh tokens, and delivery status. We use this information only to maintain the authorized connection, complete an organizer-approved transfer, show its status, and revoke access when disconnected. Tokens are encrypted and kept on the server. TikTok processes information under its own privacy policy, and the account owner retains final control over editing and publication in TikTok.
Retention and choices
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy and for operational, historical, security, legal, and preference-management purposes. To change a preference, opt out of advertising audience matching, or ask about, correct, or delete personal information, email info@great-race.com. We may retain information when reasonably necessary or required.
