You do not have to be a triathlete to belong here
There is no swim. On a three- or four-person relay team, one familiar leg—a 5K run, 10-mile bike, or 2-mile paddle—can be your whole race. Two-person tandem teammates each run or bike, then paddle together.

Three realistic first-race paths
Start with the commitment that fits you now. You can build a team, fill one open role, or race all three legs solo.
Bring a complete team
Choose a runner, cyclist, and paddler. Three- and four-person teams can give each racer one role; in the two-person tandem format, both racers paddle together.

Already know your leg but not your whole team? Post what you can do or respond to a team looking for that role.

If you want the full multisport challenge, complete the 5K run, 10-mile bike, and 2-mile paddle yourself.
